In 2022 we saw the foundations and structures of the world as we knew it come crashing down. As above, so below. As we navigate all of these changes in our own lives, I discuss the language and approach we have towards life, how our childhood trauma has driven our choices up until now unconsciously, and the effects of our epigenetics which we must change so we can live our authentic lives.
